Thomas & Denzinger has been working with MeadWestvaco and RS Custom Homes on a Pavilion for the Pine Hill Business Campus.  This is an exiting step in the course of the East Edisto development.   The kick off to construction meeting took place on Friday, May 4 and we look forward to seeing the moving of dirt as this structure rises out of the ground.  The pavilion will serve as a covered shelter for those at the Pine Hill Business Campus, and will be visible from highway 17A, marking the beginning of what is to unravel over the next several years at East Edisto.  An Eddy wind turbine by Urban Green Energy will provide energy to light the pavilion, which strives to tie together the history of the place, stewardship for the land, and sustainable future development.   See our previous post for a bit of history on the project.
